Need help with Vedon or want to report an issue with a product photo export?

Email support@vedon.app with a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, API keys, payment information, or other secrets.

What to Include

For product photo background removal issues, include the approximate time of the request, the file type you uploaded, and a brief description of what went wrong.

For abuse, security, or content concerns, include enough context for us to review the issue. Do not include sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for the request.
